This award, presented by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, honors companies that prioritize employee satisfaction and engagement in the workplace.

The Indiana Best Places to Work in Manufacturing program is a statewide initiative to identify and honor companies that create an exceptional workplace culture. This year’s list includes seventeen outstanding companies that have consistently demonstrated their commitment to valuing the contributions of their employees.

Indiana Chamber President Kevin Brinegar expressed his excitement, „We have a lot of great employers in the state, so we appreciate more and more companies participating in this effort to evaluate their workplace culture and get the recognition they deserve.“

The evaluation process consisted of two parts: an assessment of workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics in the employer rating and an employee feedback survey that captured employee experiences. These combined results determined the top companies and their final rankings. Workforce Research Group oversaw Indiana’s registration and survey process, analyzed the data and produced the rankings.

The final ranking of Indiana Best Places to Work in Manufacturing will be officially announced at an awards ceremony scheduled for Dec. 13, 2023. Following the event, the full list of award-winning companies will be published in the Indiana Chamber’s BizVoice magazine.
